Excursion + Tasting — White Truffle

An experience that combines the adventure of truffle hunting with the pleasure of the Tuscan table, in the heart of the Crete Senesi. Guided by an expert truffle hunter and his faithful dog, you will go in search of the noblest of truffles: the precious White Truffle.

We start with a short welcome briefing and then we enter the Santarcangelo truffle farm, where you will learn to recognize the varieties of truffles, their habitat and the woods they prefer, observing the dog's tireless work up close. Upon returning to the structure comes the most delicious part: a tasting of typical local products, accompanied by Tuscan wines such as Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino and, of course... truffles.

The White Truffle is available from September to December and is among the most sought after and fragrant in the world: a unique opportunity to discover its taste right in the place where it is collected.

The price includes the excursion and the tasting. Those who want to buy truffles to take home can do so on site, at the market price, which varies according to the vintage and the variety.
